High Edge Consulting Limited provides consultancy, training and auditing services for management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and Medical Device Regulatory Affairs requirements.
To enable these services to be delivered effectively we work in partnership with customers, building relationships to the benefit of both parties. Relationships are built on the back of strong customer facing processes, supported by the knowledge, skill and expertise of our staff, and enable us to clearly and openly communicate throughout delivery to enable understanding and awareness.
A key strength of the business is the ability to understand and interpret customer requirements to identify the most suitable and appropriate product and solution for the customer, thus giving the business the agility to react to customer requirements.
Customer satisfaction is vital to our business and as such processes are in place within the business to enable customers to feedback their perceptions and satisfaction on activities performed. This information is used proactively to drive improvement within the business.
High Edge has implemented a quality management system, aligned to the requirements of ISO 9001, to support the business in working effectively and efficiently. The business commits to managing, maintaining and improving this quality management system to ensure it continues to support the business.
In support of this policy a series of objectives have been created by Top Management, supported by ongoing monitoring and measurement, which are reviewed on an ongoing basis as part of the business management process.
