Firstly we discuss with you what you need to happen and how it needs to happen in order for you to be completely satisfied. For example it may be that you require your telephone calls and emails to be answered within 24 hours or certification of your ISO system to be achieved by a certain date.

There are usually a number of subjects that are important in order for you to be satisfied so we use an 'Expectations Questionnaire' to start the process off and ask that you complete it by being realistic as possible  for example we would all like our telephone messages responded to instantly but realistically 48 hours may be more appropriate. By going through the expectations questionnaire with you once you have completed it, we can discuss your expectations and mutually agree those points on the expectations questionnaire and any others you wish to be included.

Once we have agreed our joint expectations, they are documented and signed by both parties. By carrying out this procedure we have a clear understanding of your expectations and we can then guarantee to achieve them.


If for any reason there is something we feel is unachievable and cannot be guaranteed it will be discussed in detail with you and this will also be documented and signed by both parties to be exempt from this guarantee. Unless this procedure is strictly followed, any money back or refund or guarantee is void and legally unenforceable. Full co-operation is required by the customer, their employees, third party contractors working on their behalf, suppliers and any other person or company that is used in order to completely satisfy the guarantee. Thus if High Edge Consulting delivers to all documented expectations but for example the final date is not achieved due to the fact that a supplier did not deliver vital equipment on time, High Edge Consulting cannot be held responsible for this and as such the guarantee cannot be claimed upon. Likewise if co-operation from your staff hinders delivery by High Edge Consulting, then the guarantee cannot be claimed upon. An example of this may be were a High Edge Consulting consultant has requested specific information by a particular date and the information has not been forthcoming. In circumstances such as this we would inform you of the issue and request you remind staff of the importance of their co-operation to the project.

In the event that you feel High Edge Consulting has breached any of the documented expectations, your observations must be put in writing to the Managing Director clearly stating which expectation/s you feel have been breached and full details of how and when. A general statement is not acceptable, full details are required.

The Managing Director will investigate the issues and respond back to you in writing within 14 days with any corrective actions that High Edge Consulting intends to take. If after a minimum of 28 days from the date of the Managing Directors response, you feel High Edge Consulting have continued to fail on the same expectation, you should write to the Managing Director stating the full details and request a refund under the satisfaction guarantee.

 The Managing Director will investigate your claim and respond in writing within 28 days as to your success. The investigation may include requests of further information from you, your company, third party or suppliers that have been involved in the project. The Managing Director has the authority to authorise a full or partial refund depending upon the seriousness of the breach. Any refund is made without prejudice.
